NoRTEC is a regional Workforce Development Board that provides federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs in eleven Northern California Counties. The position offers the opportunity to develop, implement and oversee high-quality workforce programs across a large region of rural Northern California. A successful candidate will have extensive workforce development experience and strong leadership skills. The position offers excellent pay and benefits.
